No Ebola case in Abuja, Calabar, Kaduna case under investigation - Health Minister

Minister of Health, Prof. Onyebuchi Chukwu has debunked rumours of Ebola cases in Abuja and Calabar and said the case in Kaduna is still under investigation. He also said that another patient has been discharged from the Isolation center in Lagos after being certified free of the deadly virus.

He addressed a few other issues in a series of tweets via his Special Assistant on Media and Communications, Mr Dan Nwomeh. See the tweets after the cut...

NEWS: Boko Haram Attacked Federal College Of Education In Kofar Kabuga Kano

Suspected Boko Haram Bombers have unleashed another terror in a college in Kano this afternoon. According to witnesses, gunshots and multiple explosion hit the Kofar Kabuga campus of Federal College of Education around 2pm this afternoon. Students and campus workers were seen fleeing the campus for safety. Two witnesses told AFP this afternoon that they saw 5 vehicles taking away dead bodies from the scene of the attack.
